The National Alumni Leadership Board
What inspires you to continue serve Kesem as an alum?
Tell us about an experience you've had being involved with Kesem (either locally or nationally) since graduating from college. What was your favorite part of this experience? What would have made it better?
In the coming years, we have several exciting initiatives ahead of us that will require the National ALB’s strategic and tactical leadership:
Support: Empower alumni to continue to contribute to Kesem’s mission of supporting all children impacted by a parent’s cancer.
Engage: Provide unique opportunities for alumni to reconnect and engage with Kesem and one another at both the chapter and national levels.
Connect: Increase alumni attendance at mission-centered events and programs by creating consistent touchpoints about local opportunities.
Celebrate: Honor the unique contributions of Kesem alumni in creating 25 years of Kesem magic.
Which of these efforts do you feel most connected to, and why?
Which of these feels like less of a priority to you, and why?
If you could add one alumni-focused goal or suggest a new way for Kesem to engage or support alumni, what would it be and why?
Members of the National Alumni Leadership Board often take leadership roles in special projects. Depending on the phase of the project, National ALB work can involve research, strategic planning, or even execution. Please tell us a little about a project/goal you’d like be excited to lead in the coming year. Your project/goal could be related to an existing initiative (above) or a completely new idea. Briefly explain:
Why is this project important to you?
What would success look like for this project in the coming year (ending at the end of the calendar year)?
